-
Each day includes a yoga practice tailored to support your journey—whether it’s an energizing Vinyasa Flow, deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, a heat-building Bikram-style session, or a peaceful sunrise meditation. Led by an expert RYT-200 certified instructor with 20 years of experience, these classes are designed for all levels, allowing you to practice in a way that meets your needs.
-
For half a day, step off the beaten path to explore underground caves and cenotes, guided by a private local Mayan expert. These crystal-clear, mineral-rich waters are believed to be spiritual gateways, known for their healing and detoxifying properties.
As we snorkel through breathtaking pools, we’ll practice underwater breathwork to learn how to regulate our central nervous system and control our emotions.
Afterward, we’ll gather for a traditional Mayan lunch, reflecting on the experience and the wisdom of this sacred land.
-
On our first evening, we’ll take part in a traditional Temazcal ceremony led by an indigenous shaman—a ritual rooted in ancient Mayan healing practices. Inside the stone sweat lodge, heated volcanic stones and herbal steam create an intense yet cleansing experience, helping to release toxins, clear the mind, and open space for renewal.
Guided by the shaman’s chants and teachings, we’ll sweat out what no longer serves us, setting the stage for personal growth and transformation during our time together. This powerful experience is both physically and spiritually grounding—an invitation to let go, reset, and fully arrive.
-
Experience the power of cold therapy with an invigorating ice bath session at Acacia, a private estate, guided by expert breathwork techniques. This practice helps build resilience, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance mental clarity.
In just 45 seconds, intentional breathwork can shift your body from panic to relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to lower heart rate, reduce stress hormones, and restore balance. Through controlled breathing, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and tap into a deeper state of focus and presence.
-
The Amansala Beach Club, connected to the resort, is renowned for its healthy, fresh food, great drinks, cool music, good WiFi, and authentic Tulum vibes.
